Early nominations for Big Brother housemates!
The Big Brother housemates are to nominate a day early this week, as part of the show's 10th anniversary celebrations. A statement on the Channel 4 website confirmed that nominations would be held on Sunday instead of Monday - and hinted that this could be leading to some kind of dramatic in-house twist. "If nominations are happening a day early," the statement said, "what can that mean for the housemates?" The housemates have since been made aware of the changes, and spent much of Saturday afternoon trying to work out what was going on. "They're turning the screws a little, increasing the intensity," Halfwit suggested - but Marcus had other ideas. "I think they made a boo boo," he said. "Nominations have never been on a Sunday ever." It has also been revealed that several past housemates will be dropping in to the house during the anniversary week, with Nikki Grahame, Brian Belo and 'Nasty' Nick Bateman among the rumoured names. And Davina McCall confirmed on Friday's eviction show that a fresh crop of housemates would also be arriving next week.
