Jade Goody's widower Jack Tweed could be forced to miss her funeral if he is jailed when he appears before magistrates later this week. Jack will be sentenced on Thursday for assaulting a taxi driver. The 21-year-old was convicted of attacking Stephen Wilkins earlier this month following a trial before magistrates in Epping, Essex. Magistrates adjourned sentencing and warned Jack that they were considering imprisonment. A spokeswoman for Harlow Magistrates Court, where the sentencing is due to take place, said the hearing was still scheduled to go ahead. During the trial magistrates heard Jack attacked Mr Wilkins in May 2008. Jack is on licence after being released from prison earlier this year. He was given an 18-month sentence by a judge at Chelmsford Crown Court in September 2008 after being convicted of assaulting a 16-year-old boy. The court heard that Jack - and an accomplice - attacked the teenager with a golf club following a row in Ongar, Essex, in December 2006. Jack, of Buckhurst Hill, Essex, was seen leaving Jade's home on Sunday, but there was no sign of him at the house on Monday. Get exclusive access to your favourite stars.
