Impressionist Francine Lewis and 11-year-old singer Asanda Jezile have won places in the Britain's Got Talent final following the latest live heat on Friday nght.
Francine - who wowed both judges and audience with her quickfire impressions of Sharon Osbourne, Cheryl Cole, Katie Price and Amy Childs, was crowned winner of Friday's show and won an automatic place in the final next weekend.
Meanwhile Asanda, who won rave reviews for her powerhouse performance of Beyonce's Halo - was voted through by the judges over fellow singer Alex Keirl.
Francine admitted afterwards she was "overwhelmed" by her victory, saying "I absolutely cannot believe it, I want to thank everyone who's picked up the phone, this amazing audience and the judges."
The 37-year-old, who has previously appeared on TV shows including The Generation Game and Channel 4's Very Important People, was tipped as the one to beat by the judges ahead of the show.
And they clearly weren't disappointed, with Simon telling her: "I actually think that was better than your first audition....it's hard to be up there with no props. The Sharon Osbourne by the way was brilliant."
Alesha Dixon added: "You smashed it and I can't wait to see your own TV show."
Asanda, meanwhile, left the judges stunned with her performance, with David Walliams telling her: "You've taken on the biggest diva of all time, and won."
Amanda Holden agreed, saying: "It's ridiculous how massive your voice is...I have no doubt you'll be going through to the final."
Six other acts - dancers AJ and Chloe, and Poppin' Ron, dance troupe Shockarellas, musical theatre group Chasing The Dream, flamboyant singers Club Town Freaks and magician James More - competed in the latest semi-final but failed to progress.
The last two finalists will be determined on Saturday's semi-final, with the acts including Hungarian shadow theatre troupe Attraction - the favourites to win the series.
Others taking part on Saturday night will include choir Gospel Singers Incognito, operatic singer Aliki Chrysochou, dance troupe The Glambassadors, teenage singer Jordan O'Keefe, dance trio CEO Dancers, ventriloquist Steve Hewlett, 80s-inspired singer songwriter Maarty Broekman and musical duo Duelling Pianos.
