Danniella Westbrook has been given a 'whole new lease of life' by her Celebrity Big Brother experience, she said.
The eviction of Gemma Collins on Tuesday evening leaves just six contestants remaining ahead of the final on Friday.

Former EastEnders actress Danniella told Big Brother in the diary room: “I can’t believe it! I can’t believe Gemma went before me; she’s in Towie (The Only Way Is Essex) which is the biggest thing ever.
“My kids will be so proud of me, I’m so happy. Some people have got behind me and voted for me, and it really means a lot to me.”

Danniella, 42, has two children, Kai and Jody.
The actress’s life has been blighted by drug addiction, with cocaine use completely eroding her nasal septum by the year 2000. She has since struggled to stay clean.
She said: “I can’t remember the last time I felt happy like this, probably when I had me kids. My life has turned around.
“Big Brother for me has given me a whole new lease of life; it’s just changed me as a person. No one is going to pull me down no more. I’m just me. I’m proud to be Danniella Westbrook.”

The Wednesday evening episode will also feature the 2016 Celebrity Big Brother awards, with finalists asked to pick a fellow housemate for titles including 'biggest quitter' and 'most easily offended'.
But after clips were shown to remind the housemates of their arguments and disagreements, US reality star Tiffany Pollard was not happy with pop star Darren Day.

Tiffany has frequently made clear her attraction to Darren, who is married.
She told him: “If anyone has something to say to me, say it to me! I thought we was cool, maybe I did let you in on some emotions that I shouldn’t have told you about.
“When I told you I was horny, I wasn’t trying to be inappropriate with you Darren, you could have said ‘Tiff you know what, I don’t want to hear about that’.”

Darren replied: “You know what, I should have said that.”
Later, in the bedroom, he told her: “You are absolutely right, I don’t want to upset you or anyone.
“I felt it was a little bit inappropriate to tell me you’re horny as there’s nothing I can do about it.”

She responded: “You is an attractive man, maybe when I said that I was being a little bit mischievous and scandalous when I did that. You are hot! But I didn’t mean no disrespect.”
“I am genuinely flattered that you think that,” he responded, with the two shaking hands.
The Celebrity Big Brother final screens on Friday on Channel 5 at 9pm.
