Coronation Street actresses brought a touch of glamour to the famous cobbles as they posed for their first official calendar. Helen Flanagan, who plays teenage minx Rosie Webster, donned a floor-length red gown as part of the shoot. Co-star Kym Marsh took time out from pulling pints as barmaid Michelle Connor to strike a pose in front of the Rovers Return in a daring, sheer dress. Helen said: "We loved doing the shoot for this calendar and it's every girl's fantasy to spend the day wearing gorgeous dresses and having your make-up done, so I hope the fans love the pics as much as I do!" Kym added: "As anyone who knows us will tell you, we love an excuse to dress up in beautiful dresses and accessories, and the calendar was the perfect occasion. "It's been an incredible year for Coronation Street and looking ahead at 2010, and it's set to be just as brilliant given it's our 50th anniversary." Among the other actresses from the ITV1 soap who took part in the calendar were Michelle Keegan (Tina McIntyre, pictured), Katherine Kelly (Becky McDonald), Vicky Binns (Molly Dobbs), Sacha Parkinson (Sian Powers) and Brooke Vincent (Sophie Webster). Julia Haworth (Claire Peacock), Tupele Dorgu (Kelly Crabtree) and Jennie McAlpine (Fiz Stape) also glammed up for the occasion. Katherine said: "It was a huge honour to be part of this year's calendar. We're celebrating our 50th anniversary in 2010, so this is the ultimate calendar to be part of."
