Michelle Connor's marriage jeopardised when her first love arrives in Corrie
Former Waterloo Road star Leon Ockenden will set the cat among the pigeons when he arrives on Coronation Street and Michelle Connor recognises her first love.
Leon will play Will, who arrives on the Street seeking Michelle's skills as a wedding planne. They're both stunned when they realise they're face to face with their teenage flame.
It's not long before Will and Michelle are taking a trip down memory lane, while her husband, Steve McDonald, remains in Spain helping out brother Andy. Michelle has been left struggling to run the pub and help with Steve’s daughter Amy, while trying to maintain her own business.
It soon becomes clear that there's unfinished business for the former lovebirds as they spend more and more time together planning the wedding.
Can Michelle and Will avoid temptation or will they risk both their relationships by letting their feelings for each other take over? Will Steve arrive back in Weatherfield in the nick of time?
Leon’s first scenes will appear on Coronation Street in April, having started filming with Kym Marsh this week.
