EastEnders' Cindy Williams has left Albert Square permanently
EastEnders fans have seen the last of Cindy Williams it seems, after soap bosses confirmed Mimi Keene has left the show.
Viewers saw difficult teen Cindy exit Albert Square on Monday night to head to Germany with Liam Butcher.
After the scenes screened, executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins took to Twitter to wish Mimi and James Forde, who plays Liam, all the best. Mimi, 17, joined the soap in 2013.
Goodbye to our brilliant @mimikeene3 and @JamesForde96 – go take the world by storm. xxx

Cindy still managed to cause trouble as she left, by sending a video message to brother Bobby, telling him that he was the one who killed his sister Lucy.
But Sharon Mitchell found the message first, so viewers were left in suspense as to what she will do with the information.
