There has been no shortage of drama for Denise Fox in EastEnders recently – or for Phil Mitchell.
Denise (Diane Parish) has faced one crisis after another, what with Lucas’s attempted jailbreak and Jordan’s imprisonment. But the latest news that her pregnant daughter Libby is not planning on keeping her baby sends Denise into a spiral… and into the arms of Phil (Steve McFadden).

After lashing out at those closest to her, she soon finds herself alone and drinking in The Albert. On the other side of the bar is Phil, who is also still reeling from his family’s actions and facing his own problems.
At a low ebb, the two find their hatred for each other turning to something more amicable.
