Will Whitney and Lee split up in EastEnders?

It's not just the older folk in EastEnders that suffer heartache, angst and confusion in relationships - the younger generation is certainly giving them a run for their money right now.

One such on/off couple is Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) and Lee Carter (Danny-Boy Hatchard), who have been through some tough times together but after coming clean and telling Lee about kissing his dad, Mick (Danny Dyer), things have gone rapidly downhill for the couple...

And when Lee's disgusted sister, Nancy (Maddy Hill), throws Whitney out of The Vic - for good - Abi (Lorna Fitzgerald) finds her distraught in the Square and tries to resolve things between the couple. But will she succeed?

 

Abi comforts heartbroken Whitney on a bench in the Square and then goes to see Lee to tell him Whitney is planning on leaving Walford. How will he react?

Regretful Lee races over to Sonia's to see Whitney, telling her he made a mistake and begs her to stay.

When Lee announces to his family that he and Whitney are giving things another go, Nancy isn't impressed and kicks off…

When Nancy and Whitney have a grown-up chat alone, will Whitney have second thoughts about Lee? Or will a further shock help her decide on the future of their relationship?
