Emmerdale actors Danny Miller and Dominic Brunt have loved filming the dramatic gay storyline in the ITV1 soap, despite some negative reactions. The pair came to blows when Dominic, who plays Paddy Kirk, outed Danny, who plays conflicted teenager Aaron Livesey. They told whatsontv.co.uk that the multi British Soap Awards-nominated storyline had been a thrill to film. "It's unfortunate we've not got as good a shout as other soaps [to win]," said Danny. "But we've enjoyed filming it and we've not just gone in for the award nominations, we've enjoyed doing it for ourselves. As corny as it sounds it's been great." Danny said he'd had experienced a strong reaction from the public. "There've been mixed results, to be honest. Good stuff, bad stuff. I don't care, I don't care about the response. There's been shouting and stuff, but I'm enjoying it, so I don't care what they think..." Watch Danny and Dominic at the British Soap Awards
