A distraught dad wants revenge
Charlie makes a hasty call to security when he spots patient Ryan Bradshaw in an angry confrontation with the mother of another patient. The Senior Nurse remembers Ryan as the man who assaulted him two years previously, after Ryan's wife and young daughter were killed in a road traffic accident. Charlie realises that Connor, another man who was involved in the car accident is also in the emergency department. Charlie's intuition tells him Ryan is hell-bent on revenge, but his intervention prevents events from taking a deadly turn. At the start of his shift, Fletch produces video footage on his phone of Lloyd drunkenly dancing with his top off from a boozy staff night out. Meanwhile, back at home, Lloyd wakes up late for work, hungover and a note on his pillow saying 'Thank you for a great night, see you at work' signed with two kisses but no name. He can't remember which of his co-workers he slept with until Fletch reveals it was their boss, Tess! However, the whole thing is an elaborate joke - and everyone but Lloyd is in on it.
