Ben prepares a meal for Abi as he contemplates yet another attempt to break things off with her. When Abi finds a present that Ben has hidden she assumes it's for her. Opening it up, she finds a leather bracelet that she realises is for Paul. Devastated, Abi pours her heart out to Babe. To make sure Ben stays with Abi, Babe has a suggestion... Ben and the punters in the Vic are stunned when Abi reveals a t-shirt that says 'Baby Mitchell on board'!
Denise is having second thoughts about inviting Jordan and JJ to stay now she's faced with the reality of the situation. Realising that Jordan needs his own place, Denise takes Jordan to the housing office to find him somewhere for a fresh start. Although the council offer Jordan and JJ a B&B for the night, Claudette comes up with another solution. When Jordan bumps into Abi and Ben in the cafe he's surprised to find they're in a relationship.
Jay has a date with a girl he met, Linzi. When he fails to book them a pre-Valentine's table at the restaurant, he instead transforms the Arches into a romantic setting. Linzi is delighted and a smitten Jay kisses her. Linzi leaves, with a promise to see him again.
