All hell breaks loose at Ashfordly police station when Bellamy and Miller bring in two burly men they caught doing a deal where a large amount of money was exchanged for a rucksack. Two other men who were involved fled the scene and, as the captured men are taken down to the cells, one warns them that someone is coming to get them... A curious Pc Younger examines the rucksack and finds a bag of white powder inside, which Miller is adamant is heroin. When questioned, one of the men refuses to say a word and, while the other man is more eager to cooperate, he seems more interested in whoever might be on their way. Later, a silenced gunshot is fired at the window and two men climb through with one shooting at Miller, narrowly missing his head. Miller, Bellamy and Younger barricade themselves in the interview room as the two men search the police station for the rucksack. With armed criminals just yards away, the officers know they're in danger... Elsewhere, the villagers all gather round the TV in The Snug to watch the start of the lunar module landing on the moon. Everyone's impressed – except Peggy, who's determined to prove that a moon landing is fake.
