Ashley finally believes Claire
*First episode* Ashley is awkward with Claire after yesterday's drama and he's worried about Claire's state of mind when she continues to insist that someone is watching the house. Ashley finds a disposable camera in the car and he discovers that there is some a photo of Casey with Josh and Claire on a day out at the park. A triumphant Claire is hopeful that Ashley will believe that Casey is a real person, and not the figment of her overwrought imagination. Gail is keen to get David back out to work and puts pressure on Jason to get Bill to take him back on at the builders' yard. Bill finally relents, on the condition that David apologises and Jason keeps an eye on him. Leanne braves the stares of the locals when she goes out to the Rovers with Janice. She's relieved when Jamie doesn't give the cold shoulder and he comes over for a chat. Jamie reveals that he's got a booking at the cab company to collect Liam and Carla from the airport. A sad Leanne wonders whether Liam will ever take her back. Also, Blanche reads Granddad's obituary and tells Deirdre she wants a proper send-off; Eileen prepares for her date with Pat. *Second episode* Leanne is eager to see Liam when she hears that the Connors have returned from Ireland and she approaches her former lover outside the factory. Liam is in no mood for forgiveness and instead he gives her a piece of his mind. Leanne is undaunted by her lack of success with one Connor, and she heads off to see Carla to ask her about their plans for the Italian restaurant. A stunned Carla reveals in no uncertain terms that there's no way she's going into business with her after all that's happened. Claire is hopeful that the police will take her allegations about Casey seriously now that she has a picture of her and she encourages Ashley to take it to the police. DI Parks arranges for the story to be shown on the news and she shows Casey's photograph, asking for help with their enquiries. Blanche gives her condolences to Jerry over granddad Wilf's 'death' but she nearly keels over when the man himself walks into the room. But Wilf's resurrection sets Blanche thinking and she tells Deirdre that she'd like to hold her wake while she's still alive so that she can enjoy it! Also, Eileen goes on her date with Pat to the Italian restaurant and Pat turns out to be a real charmer.
