Ashley silences Sandy!
Despite all the hurt and humiliation Ashley has inflicted on Sandy, the old man has remained silent and loyal to his son. But not any more. With his aching wrist a reminder of how brutal his son can be, Sandy is worried enough now to call Social Services, but Ashley catches him. He takes the phone away from Sandy and rips up the card that could be Sandy's lifeline. Now Sandy's terrified. What will Ashley do next? He tells Sandy he has to go into a home. No! Sandy clings to the hope that Laurel won't allow it, but Ashley's one step ahead of him. Ashley tells Sandy that he has to convince Laurel he wants to go into a home - and he has to do it now. Chas is trying to convince herself that she has no interest in Cameron. She joins Charity and Megan for a night out and returns to the village with a bloke called Luke. What pulling power she has! Cameron sees them and he's not happy... Zak's not happy and visits Shadrach's grave for a chat. Lisa would rather Zak visited a doctor, though, so he lies and says he has. He's not going to get better that way.
