Jai might have given more thought to giving Kerry a job if his mind wasn't elsewhere (on Charity and on making their marriage work). Rishi turned Kerry away when she came looking for work, but she doesn't take 'no' for an answer - and got a 'yes' from Jai. All this means Kerry can now say 'no' to Andy when he asks her to look after his kids.
