Stacey asks Bradley to keep their engagement a secret for a while, but Carly overhears Stacey talking about it and she lets it slip to Sean. Sean confronts Bradley and forces him to come clean to the Slaters. With the news out in the open, Tanya gathers together the family for an engagement photo in the Vic. Max is still determined to stop the engagement and he takes Stacey aside and suggests that they run away together, but Stacey won't be swayed. Phil is taken aback when he learns that Stella wants to move out of the Vic as soon as she and Phil get married and she suggests that a pub is no place to bring up 'children'. Phil is stunned when he realises what Stella is implying and he tells her that there's no way he's having any more kids. Carly is confused when Sean gives her the cold shoulder and she's furious when Sean tells Carly that Chelsea said she was ashamed of him. Sean's words have the desired effect and Carly angrily confronts her step-sister about her stirring. Carly kisses Sean passionately in front of the whole Vic to rile Chelsea.
