In four days of fun – and a fair bit of excited barking – almost 21,000 dogs from over 200 breeds have demonstrated their best poses and displayed their most elegant walks in the show ring.

But nerves will be jangling as the climax arrives and the seven finalists chosen from the group rounds will (hopefully!) be on their best behaviour as they gather with their owners to see which of them will be crowned Best in Show and follow in the footsteps of last year’s victor, American Cocker Spaniel Miami.

We don’t envy the judge who will have to work out which of the dogs has that extra dash of superstar sparkle!
