Daniel and Zara go into full flirt mode

Daniel and Zara's flirting is in overdrive after their passionate clinch; they even make an afternoon date for a liaison. Jimmi has a face like thunder as he watches their reunion taking place in front of his eyes, and even makes a few cutting remarks to Zara about who's going to get hurt in the crossfire this time. When Zara and Daniel do meet back at hers, she’s setting time limits so she can stay on schedule to pick up Joe.

Daniel thinks she's just being efficient, but when the alarm goes off and he tries to win her over by suggesting they pick up Joe and make a night of it, she's having none of it. If today isn’t one of Daniel’s scheduled days with Joe, he’s not staying. In fact, it really is time he was on his way. With that, Zara leaves Daniel standing on her doorstep in his underpants. He's clearly underestimated how far there is still to go..

Emma apologises to Chris about her outburst during Sam's funeral but he's hostile once again, and leaves when she announces her plan to go and visit Sam's grave. At Sam's graveside, Emma chastises herself initially for trying to speak to him as if he was there – God, it's all so cheesy!  But when she manages to open up she finds herself gradually turning to anger. How could Sam be so selfish as to do what he has to Chris?

Emma completely loses it and pulls a baby sapling - to mark Sam's life - right out of the ground. She returns home to tell Chris she’s realised the terrible manipulation that Sam has perpetrated, and that she will never be able to forgive him for what he's done. This doesn't quite have the intended effect, however, as Chris sees this as just another betrayal of his father and storms out. Clearly, this is not yet finished...

Also, Heston is asked to mediate in the relationship between a retired fireman and his wife when repressed traumas threaten to spill over into more serious health issues.
