Whitney and Lee are shocked when they find Denise heading for a baby scan as well as Whitney!
Whitney is due for her scan, and is frustrated by Linda’s constant interference. After the scan, Whitney and Lee bump into Denise and Kim and realise that Denise is also in the family way! Expectant granny Linda, meanwhile, asks Dot to help her knit something for the baby. When Lee and Whitney get home from the scan, Linda is taken aback by Whitney’s extreme reaction to Linda’s fussing!
Patrick is still concerned about Denise’s state of mind, trying to get to the bottom of what’s going on with her. Meanwhile, Kim tells a stunned Vincent she has a plan she needs to discuss with him after talking to Denise about her planned adoption. She tells Vincent she wants them to adopt Denise’s baby!
Linda is forced to take her place on the darts team when the Queen Vic players start to drop out. The opposing team leader, Geraldine causes ructions when she insists that they have an unbiased referee, picking a random customer in the Vic. When the Queen Vic team are defeated on the final throw, it later turns out that the dart was tampered with by the referee.
