Will Daniel be able to help Joni fulfill her wish?
Daniel heads to family court to testify in the case of Joni - a young transgender girl. The court will decide if Joni can go to America to start the next stage of her transition. Joni takes to the stand and nervously tells the court why she feels that she's a girl and not a boy deep down inside. When Joni's nerves start to take over, Lou begins to interrupt and Daniel starts to see a more controlling side of Lou.
Dillon takes the stand next and tells the courts how he doesn't believe Joni is transitioning for the right reasons, saying he feels Lou's desire to have daughter is the reason for Joni's decision.
With the room filled with tension, it is Daniel's turn to take the stand. Will Daniel say everything he can to ensure the courts that Joni is ready for such a huge procedure? Or will Daniel's doubts take over?
