Doctors spoilers: Imogen Hollins reveals breast cancer fears...
Imogen Hollins plucks up the courage to confide in her policeman dad Rob that she may have breast cancer on Doctors...
Imogen Hollins (played by Charlie Clemmow) has been pushing her new boyfriend Sid Vere (Ashley Rice) away, since the medic found a suspicious lump in one of Imogen's breasts on Doctors (1:45pm on BBC One, see our TV Guide for full listings)...
As Imogen continues to keep her worrying secret to herself, matters are made worse when her mum Karen (Jan Pearson) innocently suggests she has lost some weight.
And when Imogen's policeman dad Rob (Chris Walker) later thinks she looks a bit peaky, this tips Imogen over the edge. Fearing this could all be related to her health crisis, Imogen rushes to the bathroom in tears!
Rob eventually manages to calm down his daughter and she decides to confide in him there is a possibility she may have breast cancer, after Sid's discovery.
Jumping into action stations mode, Rob immediately calls Sid and asks for help in arranging an appointment with a private specialist as soon as possible...
Meanwhile, surgery receptionist Valerie Pitman (Sarah Moyle) agrees to talk on camera for ArtFest about a piece of art that has great significance for her.
It's a yellow painting that was done by her beloved cat Geoffrey before he died.
As Valerie gets emotional on camera, will this give her some much needed closure after losing her feline friend?
Elsewhere in Letherbridge, nurse Ayesha Lee (Laura Rollins) meets a troubled young installation artist, Phoenix (Carl Spencer) after he begins to behave manically on the morning of his showpiece event, and accidentally cuts his hand.
But Phoenix's painful past is about to catch-up with him in the present, when Nick Kristensen (Danny Lawrence), the event sponsor, makes a SHOCK confession...
He is Phoenix's father who walked out on his family years ago...
Doctors continues weekdays at 1:45pm on BBC One
