EastEnders' Kat Moon tries to support boyfriend Kush Kazemi over his custody battle with ex Stacey Fowler. But after an incident with Stacey’s mum Jean Slater, Kat and Kush are more at odds with Stacey than ever.
When Jean gives the pair a reality check, Kush wonders if things have gone too far. With Stacey unwilling to compromise, Kush is concerned that he’s got himself in over his head. There’s no way for him to get the money to pay for a solicitor, so Kush is at his wits’ end.
A concerned Kat tells Kush that she can give him the money. But when Kat heads out to get Phil Mitchell’s dodgy money from her ex Alfie Moon, she is stunned to discover that it’s all gone…
Callum Highway is feeling on edge about seeing his dad Jonno Highway. He’s unconvinced when boss Jay Mitchell tries to give him a pep talk. Callum and his brother Stuart Highway meet up with their dad in the restaurant and Jonno soon charms Callum’s bride-to-be Whitney Dean.
Relieved that things are going well, Callum invites his dad to the wedding. But he starts to have second thoughts when Jonno makes a dig about Callum’s career choice. Jonno heads to The Vic for a drink and gets on the wrong side of Ben and Phil Mitchell.
Tina Carter is feeling flustered as she attempts to run The Prince Albert, prompting Gray Atkins and Tina’s brother Mick Carter to help her out.
Mick opens up about his worries over his son Ollie Carter, who may have autism. Meanwhile, a journalist is writing a review of the new bar. Fearful of making a bad impression, Tina ropes Gray and Mick into helping her with a charm offensive.
Also, Max Branning tries to offer Robbie Jackson some advice about his young son Sami Jackson.
