EastEnders spoilers: Can Sean save Jean from grave danger?
Jean collapses on her getaway with Sean, Billy tries to make amends to Honey and Bernadette makes a decision about her future.
Jean and Sean head off on their trip away from Walford. When Jean tries to get Sean to open up to her, he gets spiky as she brings up his father. At a remote farmhouse, Jean is looking forward to spending time with her son.
But things get real when a clump of Jean’s hair falls out because of the side effects of the chemo. Disaster strikes when Jean badly cuts herself. Although she refuses to have it seen to, she starts to lose consciousness.
A desperate Sean realises it may be his last chance to make a confession. But what has he got to say to Jean? As Jean passes out, Sean leaves her alone as he goes off on the hunt for a signal to call an ambulance. Jean wakes in a worrying situation. Can Sean save her in time?
Honey is very frosty with Billy, who is miserable that he’s messed up yet again. It doesn’t bode well for his 60th birthday party in the Vic later that day. Billy pleads with Honey to bring the kids to the party to help him celebrate. Honey agrees but she makes it clear that she’s only turning up for the sake of the kids. Will the party end in disaster?
Bernadette is nervous about her date with Brooke but Tiffany helps her get ready. When Bernadette arrives at Walford East she’s touched to see that Tiff and Keegan are there too for moral support. Brooke turns up and they start their date. Brooke points out to a thoughtful Bernadette that Tiff and Keegan get on well and Bernadette resolves that it’s finally time to move on from her crush on Tiff.
Also, Iqra’s suspicious that Habiba’s up to something when she sneaks out of the restaurant.
EastEnders continues on BBC1 on Friday at 8.00 pm.
