Emmerdale spoilers! Matty Barton lands Cain Dingle in trouble with the POLICE
Matty Barton reports Isaac to the police who turn up at Butler's wanting he and Cain to answer questions about the attacks
At Butler's, Cain Dingle is recovering from his ordeal with Isaac and is desperate to forget about the whole thing. When he set out to confront Isaac for what he did to his stepson Matty, Cain (Jeff Hordley) failed to deliver his usual dose of violence.
Haunted by the spectre of Joe Tate – who he's been led to believe he killed in a fight – Cain found he couldn't raise his fists to the young man and his oiky mates.
Moira (Natalie J Robb), of course, is the only one who knows her husband Cain's secret about Joe who was due to marry his daughter Debbie before he "vanished". If Debbie were to find out about Cain's confrontation with Joe she would never talk to her father again. With Cain on the edge about it all, he's desperately worried about what he might say when questioned by the police. Can he keep it together under interrogation?
Later, Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) asks Jessie's son Ellis (Asan N'Jie) to help him muscle up.
At the cricket pavilion, Dawn has fallen unconscious after taking heroin. When Rishi Sharma (Bhasker Patel) happens to find the sex-worker out cold, he calls for an ambulance. Will Dawn survive?
Second episode of Emmerdlae tonight.
