When Matty finds out about Victoria moving to Cornwall he lays into his pregnant best friend for not telling him her plans
An icy atmosphere springs up in Emmerdale between Matty (Ash Palmisciano) and pregnant Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) about her impending move out of the village.
When Amy (Natalie Ann Jamieson) tells Matty about Victoria's move – which has been prompted by her rapist Lee finding out she's carrying his baby – it's the first he's heard of it. Stunned that his so-called best mate has failed to tell him something so huge, Matty's deeply hurt.
Running into Vic in the village, Matty shames her for not sharing the information with him before heading off to spend time with his new lad mates, Ste and Jono.
Elsewhere, Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy) gives Jai inspiration to change while Robert (Ryan Hawley) struggles to keep his temper from boiling over. And Nicola (Nicola Wheeler) wants to know why her dad Rodney (Patrick Mower) is acting like a cat on a hot tin roof…
