Emmerdale spoiler: Body blow! Paddy tells Rhona, his ex, that he and Chas are having a baby
Paddy Kirk tells his struggling ex Rhona Goskirk, who's just had a hysterectomy, that he and Chas are expecting another baby
Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) digs deep as he prepares to have a difficult conversation with his ex, Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry). He needs to tell her that he and Chas are having another baby before someone else does but he's well aware Rhona's in a tricky place at the moment.
With vet Rhona having suddenly been rendered infertile following a hysterectomy, she's also dealing with the immediate onset of the menopause and is in a dark, sorry place.
As Paddy sits down for a cuppa with fragile Rhona and shares the news of Chas' pregnancy, the vet is nothing but delighted for her dear friend. But when Paddy leaves, it's a different matter. Rhona's smiley mask slips and she crumples in tears.
At Home Farm, Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) is back in the mix, much to Kim Tate's delight. They make a formidable pair but a chink in their armour appears when Kim (Claire King) tells Graham she plans to use Noah, Joe's brother, in her mission to ruin Cain Dingle. Having grown close to young Noah, Graham's highly uncomfortable about it - will he say something to Kim?
