Griffin flirts with Summer as Andrew looks on
Summer is persuaded to go to the Red Cotton gig with Tash, Chris and Aidan, who see her new 'single' online status as a sign she's moving on from Andrew. At the gig, lead singer Griffin starts paying her some attention, encouraged by Tash who Griffin had initially asked out, and he and Summer kiss as the evening ends. Unfortunately, when she sees Andrew's witnessed the kiss she realises she's made a mess of things. Susan is growing increasingly concerned about a possible MS relapse but doesn't want to get Karl involved and visits the hospital to get advice when he's not on duty. However, she's forced to see Rhys and doesn't believe she can open up to him. But Rhys shows her that he understands her situation and respects her need for independence, and Susan eventually allows him to help her.
