At the hospital, Angelina’s mum unleashes her grief, blaming Paige. Meanwhile, Karl reveals that Angelina knew she had a tumour but chose to fight anyway. Lauren believes this lets Paige Smith off the hook – but as far as Paige is concerned, she threw the knockout punch and vows never to box again.
Sheila is surprised when her gnome thief turns out to be Kyle, who has popped back to Australia for a short visit. At Toadie’s urging, he tries to give Gary a chance and asks after Amy, curious about whether she’s seeing anybody, whilst simultaneously rejecting calls from Georgia. He ultimately decides he needs to see Amy.
Madison gets her mum involved to track Logan down, and she’s gutted to realise that while she’s been worrying about him, he didn’t even think to tell her he was leaving the country. Aaron urges her to use her heartbreak, channelling it into her audition song.
Meanwhile, Terese is stood up by Gary, who’s busy trying to reconnect with Kyle. An unexpected companion takes his place – Paul, who happens to be passing by, and has seen her sitting alone at The Waterhole...
