Hollyoaks spoilers: Cleo struggles as Peri Lomax encourages her to embrace student life!
Peri Lomax throws herself into University life but Cleo McQueen is struggling when a food game gets too much for her
Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donnell) and Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin) have both started university courses at the same time in Hollyoaks.
Peri is throwing herself into her new life and encourages Cleo to do the same. However it all gets too much for Cleo who has suffered with anxiety and eating disorders in the past.
When the girls take part in a food forfeit quiz at The Hutch as part of Fresher's Week, Cleo is overwhelmed when she’s told to pour baked beans over her head as a forfeit. Unable to cope with the foodie challenge she watches in horror as Peri steps in to do it, before rushing away from The Hutch.
Meanwhile Cleo’s boyfriend, Mitchell Deveraux (Imran Adams) has been enjoying spending time with Scott Drinkwell (Ross Adams). As the two men chat, Mitchell finds out more about Cleo’s troubled past. Sparks are soon flying between Mitchell and Scott and it's clear they're very attracted to eachother. Will Mitchell betray Cleo by kissing Scott?
Elsewhere things have been hotting up in the Osborne household now that Luke Morgan (Gary Lucy) is back. However, Darren can’t cope with Cindy Cunningham (Stephanie Waring) and Luke both being under the same roof and tells them that one of them needs to go. Luke offers to move out and is delighted when Brody Morgan (Adam Woodward) tells him that he can stay on his house-boat for free. Why the sudden generous offer and has Mandy's step-sister, Cindy, got something to do with it?
Plus Sylver McQueen (David Tag) is struggling to sell his carpentry creations but Liberty Savage (Abi Phillips) thinks there’s potential for them to set up business together The Emporium.
However Sylver's uneasy when Liberty reveals her upcycling plans for his beautiful woodwork! What exactly has she got in mind?
