Shockwaves ripple throught the village when Jack Osborne dredges up a dead body in the folly. Is it one of Breda's victims?
Jack Osborne (Jimmy McKenna) is aghast in Hollyoaks when he makes a horrific discovery when out fishing in the folly.
The ex-copper is reeling when there’s a tug at the end of his line which most definitely isn’t a carp or trout! He’s horrified to see the large object being dragged to the surface is a dead body!
Is it one of serial killer Breda McQueen’s victims? And will she be sent into a spin when she hears what her partner Jack has dredged up?
Elsewhere Liam Donovan (Jude Monk McGowan) is worried that schoolboy Bobby has discovered the affair he’s been having with his mum, Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe).
Liam tries to keep Mercedes’ son sweet and buys him an ice-cream as he begins chatting to him.
Will sly manipulator Liam, persuade Bobby that he needs to shelve any ideas he may have about blabbing and convince him that he’s made a mistake about what he thinks is going on between his mum and him?
Plus Goldie McQueen (Chelsee Healey) has been carrying on her passionate affair with priest Joel Dexter (Rory Douglas Speed). Goldie’s mum, Breda, was recently raging and on the warpath when she discovered the pair of them in bed together.
Tonight Goldie manages to sneak out of the house to go to work leaving a half-naked Joel sleeping upstairs.
However Breda turns up while Joel is still upstairs. Is she going to discover him and realize that her daughter, Goldie, has lied about ending the affair? And if so, is Joel’s life in danger as a vengeful Breda, who strongly disapproves of the priest carrying on with her daughter, takes her revenge?
Meanwhile Maxine Minniver (Nikki Sanderson) is back from her honeymoon with fiancé Damon Kinsella (Jacob Roberts). Maxine who has been lying about being terminally ill for months to snare Damon, is delighted that she managed to tie the knot with her man as planned, however her lies are a ticking time bomb as her good friend Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) knows that she has duped Damon.
Seeing the happy couple back in the village, Sienna squares up to Maxine and demands that she tells Damon the truth….IMMEDIATELY!
