Hollyoaks spoilers: Is Joel Dexter in serious danger after his bombshell discovery?
Liam Donovan is gunning for Joel Dexter when he discovers he's about to go the police with evidence that would destroy Mercedes....
In Tuesday’s episode Joel Dexter (Rory Douglas Speed) squared up to Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe) with Harry Thompson’s phone containing her terrible confession about the hit and run and her threat to kill Harry.
In Wednesday’s episode at 6.30pm (See our TV Guide for full listings), Mercedes’ partner-in-crime, Liam Donovan (Jude Monk McGowan), takes matters into his own hands to stop Joel handing the phone over to the police. Is Joel in terrible danger with Liam on the warpath?
Elsewhere, Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donell) discovered that Romeo Quinn (Owen Warner) was hiding out at the Maalik’s family home after having a terrible bust-up with his violent father, James Nightingale (Gregory Finnegan). Wanting to help her friend in need, she brings Romeo breakfast.
She has a heart-to-heart with Romeo and encourages him to make up with his dad before it’s too late.
However when Peri later spots angry lawyer, James, forcefully grabbing his mother Marnie’s arm, she begins to understand why Romeo is so scared of James and why he doesn’t want to go anywhere near his violent and volatile dad.
Meanwhile Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) is trying to patch things up with Brody Hudson (Adam Woodward) and decides to stay close to him by hanging out near The Loveboat to keep him in her sights. Seeing how desperate her sister is to win back Brody, Liberty (Abi Phillips) decides to do some meddling but will her tactics to unite the pair, work?
Plus Mitchell Deveraux (Imran Adams) is nervous when Anita Tinkle (Ross Adams) arrives at the flat while his girlfriend Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin) is away at university. Are Mitchell and Anita about to give into their feelings and embark on a passionate affair behind Cleo’s back?
