Hollyoaks spoilers: Mac Nightingale threatens Donna-Marie and leaves her shaken
Ruthless Mac Nightingale plays hardball with Donna-Marie Quinn and forces her to do his dirty work for him
Mac Nightingale (David Easter) is furious that his daughter, Juliet Quinn, still hates him and decides to take out his anger on her mum Donna-Marie (Lucy-Jo Hudson).
He tells the startled mum that she must reunite his family and get Juliet (Niamh Blackshaw) on side: if not blood will be spilt!
Meanwhile James Nightingale (Gregory Finnegan) and Harry Thompson (Parry Glasspool) return from their holiday and the feud with James’s evil dad, Mac, picks up where it left off.
Elsewhere, now that he’s been sacked from the coffee house, Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) is struggling to pay his bills. He tells his disappointed daughter Leah that he can no longer afford the holiday he’d promised her. Leah is upset and egged on by Jonny Baxter (Ray Quinn), she blames the Maaliks because it was Ste’s row with Sami that got him fired from his job in the first place.
Leah (Jessica Croft-Lane) vents her fury at school and shouts at Imran Maalik, landing the pair of them in trouble. Deputy head, Laurie Shelby calls Ste and Sami (Rishi Nair) into the school to deal with the warring pupils but it’s the adults themselves, Ste and Sami, who then end up fighting.
A raging Ste starts to lose it and is about to smash up Sami’s car when Jonny steps in and stops him and later plays the hero by telling him he’s managed to get Ste his job back. Jonny even offers to move in with him so that he can help pay the bills. Ste’s spirits are lifted but Peri (Ruby O'Donnell) is concerned when she overhears an offensive comment that Jonny makes.
Meanwhile Aunty Kameela takes a shine to Liberty (Abi Phillips) and goes behind Sami’s back to secretly invite her to lunch with the family.
Plus Sally St Claire (Annie Wallace) is crushed when she sees Myra’s childhood diary in which she’s written about her ‘perfect wedding’ and stuck in lots of pictures of handsome men. Sally is already having serious worries about Myra’s (Nicole Barber-Lane) enthusiasm for their wedding. Is she right to doubt Myra’s commitment to their special day?
Hollyoaks is shown weekdays on C4 at 6.30pm with the next episode following on E4
