When Ste Hay gets into a fiery showdown with Sami Maalik, he finds himself in trouble with Jonny's boss Stuart
Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) finds himself in trouble again as the fallout from Imran’s attack on him continues.
Imran Maalik (Ijaz Rana), who has suffered with anger issues in the past, lashed out at Ste and has since been feeling terrible about his violent outburst. He blames himself and decides he needs to leave his family and have more therapy to try and get his uncontrolled temper in check.
When Tony Hutchinson (Nick Pickard) overhears Imran’s therapy plans he convinces him he doesn’t need to go back to counselling. Meanwhile Tony decides to tell Misbah (Harvey Virdi) and Sami (Rishi Nair) the truth, that Ste was the one taunting Imran and was the real reason he was tipped over the edge.
Imran returns home and his teary mum Misbah and sister, Yazz, forgive him.
Meanwhile Ste’s new boss, Stuart Sumner (Chris Simmons), pays the coffee house a visit. Sami confronts Ste for goading Imran while Stuart watches on. When Sami provokes him, Ste angrily pushes him to the floor.
Stuart promptly tells Ste that he’s fired but gives a sly smile to Jonny. What is going on between Jonny and Stuart?
Elsewhere cracks appear in Sally and Myra’s wedding plans when Myra fails to correct Father Marcus’s assumption that she’s marrying a man. Will a saddened Sally confront Myra?
