Home Free is an uplifting two-part documentary from Primal Media (the company behind Jerk, starring Tim Renkow, a comedian with cerebral palsy).
It follows a group of 20somethings with learning disabilities who are preparing to leave home and live independently for the first time (Monday, 10pm, see our TV Guide for full details).
Local authorities in Cheshire have funded a purpose-built block of flats where support workers are on hand to help residents, who have their own apartment and share a communal area.

Curtis, 27, who has Down’s syndrome, is excited to meet his new neighbours and quickly makes a friend in Jade, 24, who has cerebral palsy.
Flying the family nest is a huge milestone for most young people, but for Curtis and Jade, this is the chance of a lifetime.
