Having heard from Josh that Imogen is secretly in love with him, Daniel asks her if it's true. She denies it and then rips into for embarrassing her. The next day, both boys try to woo Amber, but she rejects them. When Amber seeks Imogen's advice, she can't take any more of Amber's insensitivity and snaps. Later, Amber apologises to Imogen and when they are both offered places at uni, the two friends make a vow that this year is about having fun. No more annoying boys!
When Lucy returns to Erinsborough, an excited Chris tells Georgia that after his near death experience he can't wait to be a dad. Nate, however, doesn't share Chris's enthusiasm and tells Chris he doesn't want a baby now or ever. Chris is devastated and questions what it means for his and Nate's relationship.
Naomi bets Brennan that she can win herself the Erinsborough Festival Event Manager's job. And secretly presents him with a series of mystery birthday gifts. Paul is sufficiently dazzled and agrees to give Naomi the job. Later, Georgia picks up on the chemistry between Naomi and Brennan.
