Indi's keeping secrets from Romeo
Indi keeps Annie's letter to Romeo a secret as she tries to decide what to do. But before she's decided, Alf reveals he gave it to her. Indi pretends that she lost the letter but Romeo doesn't buy it and asks Nicole what she thinks. Sid tells Indi to return the letter to Romeo, emphasising the importance of honesty. Her curiosity too much to contain, Indi secretly reads the letter then returns it to Romeo, re-sealed. Romeo still doubts her story and Indi didn't like what she read. Gina, having declined John's marriage proposal, is doing her best to avoid him. She's certain he only proposed as a scared reaction to his immortality. John realises he has to convince Gina that he truly loves her. He asks her to go with him to dinner. Shandi and Miles are growing closer. After a meal and a few drinks, they end up joining John and Gina at Angelo's. Over the course of the meal John recounts the story of when he met Gina but, keeping her emotions hidden, Gina comes across as cold.
