Bickering brother and sister Justin Long and Gina Philips are in for a grisly time in this nerve-jangling chiller.
Taking a long cross-country drive, their problems start when Long decides to investigate when he sees the mystery driver of an old van (note the numberplate) dump what appears to be a body in a drainpipe.
The film makes the mistake of revealing its monster too early and in too much detail (after all, terror is as much about what’s unseen as seen), but this is still a genuinely chilling ride along the backroads of America.
