Jem convinces Jasmine that they have to get rid of Carl, as it's the only way she can be Jason, and when Carl comes home she realises it's true. Jem meets with Liam who is subsidising her mystery plan to get revenge on Carl.. Jem offers Mitzeee money to sleep with Carl so that Heidi will find out and kick Carl out of the family home. Mitzeee agrees to do it for a grand. Bart tells Mercedes, Jack and Tony that he was blackmailing Dom to prevent him from arresting a 'lad' he knows. Bart does a runner when Mercy insists he tell the police and then later Tom finds him in the park. Bart feels guilty when Tom talks about Steph dying in the fire. Bart returns to the village and asks if he can return home in exchange for going to the police. Later, Gilly catches up with Bart and punches him. Also; Jacqui and Rhy's secretive affair continues but they are at odds when Jacqui agrees to help her family find the missing Bart, and Rhys finds out Bart's part in the fire.
