Joel builds up the courage to tell Sienna about him and Cleo but sensing bad news is coming, Sienna quickly lies and tells him her cancer has spread, before he gets the chance to speak up.
Later Sienna bumps into Myra and tells her she knows Joel is seeing someone else. Myra is fuming to realise it must be Cleo. Meanwhile a guilty Joel cancels a secret rendezvous with Cleo but there are terrible consequences.
