Lawerence White gets a letter from his ex-lover Ronnie and hopes for a reconciliation, while the problems at Home Farm continue
Lawrence has been having something of a nightmare lately. His ex, Ronnie, upped and abandoned him, he had an aneurysm and was hospitalised, and unbeknown to him his ailing health isn't being helped at all as his ex son-in-law Robert has been secretly drugging him with sleeping pills which, incidentally, lead to Lawrence causing a major car smash on his estate. But the frail OAP dares to hope things are looking up for him when he receives a letter from Ronnie who's now living in Brussels. But will the note contain news which will lift Lawrence's spirits?
Meanwhile, as the problems at Home Farm continue (thanks to evil saboteur Robert), Rebecca suggests her troubled dad considers taking on an investor. If that wasn't enough to deal with, Lawrence also has a doctor on his case. It seems there was a mix up with his last set of blood tests (again, thanks Robert) so he needs to do some more…
Following the saga with Liv, who drank Lawrence's laced brandy (er, thanks again Robert) there could well be repercussions – and Robert is bricking it.
