Lola learns Lexi's fate
Phil is shocked when a smug Derek tells Phil about Sharon's prescription pills addiction. When Phil confronts her she insists she doesn't have a problem any more. As it's the day of the court appearance for Lexi's residency, Phil decides he doesn't want Sharon questioned. Although a nervous Lola is hesitant, Phil is given kinship foster care. Lola's smile fades when she's told she can only have three supervised visits a week, to be arranged by Phil. Bianca finds herself with Mr Lister for a client when he arrives at the salon for a haircut. Despite Lister's initial uneasiness, they are soon chatting about family problems. Pleased with the job she's done, he leaves her a tip, but later accuses her of stealing money from him. Mr Lister is embarrassed to discover he left the missing money on the salon counter and hands it to Bianca as an apology. Max is worried when Derek tells him their 'friends' want more money. Max lets Tanya down by not accompanying her to the hospital for her scan results so he can try to sort more cash. Max and the family have good news, however, when Tanya is given the all clear.
