Millie's held at gunpoint!

It's fun and games of the nasty sort for the Sun Hill crew when they're called to deal with an armed robbery at a toy shop in the first of a two-part story. The robbers have escaped with thousands of pounds and have left the shop manager, Lawrence Till, badly wounded. Going through the security tapes, DS Max Carter thinks he may have found an eyewitness in customer Jade Hopkins. She says she can't help; she only went to the store to get a refund on a broken toy. But Max becomes suspicious and tells Pc Millie Brown he thinks Jade is part of the gang and was in the shop to distract staff. And when he discovers that Ronnie Lane, the main suspect, is Jade's brother, he's sure she's not nearly as innocent as she claims to be. Millie, however, is convinced Jade is being honest with them. Will she change her mind, though, after her colleagues find a gun under the mattress in Jade's baby's cot? Not if Ronnie can help it. He insists to the investigation team that Jade had nothing to do with the robbery and is, in fact, in danger from people he owes money to. Max doesn't believe him, though, and his actions put Jade and Millie in grave danger...
