Neighbours spoilers: Is Toadie face-to-face with Andrea... or Dee?

Neighbours - Toadie Rebecchi and Andrea Somers

Toadie is all mixed-up as Andrea claims she really is his late wife Dee and has been walking the streets looking for him all this time...

Toadie loses his temper and angrily pushes Andrea away as she continues to claim she is really his dead wife Dee, who was presumed to have drowned in an accident on their wedding day.

Andrea also claims to have no knowledge of her teenage daughter Willow or her and Toadie's baby son, Hugo. But somehow, despite everything she has put their family through, Toadie and Sonya agree to pay for Andrea to have further treatment at the psychiatric unit. Sonya is determined Andrea gets better so she can finely face up to everything she has done.

Elsewhere in Erinsborough, Xanthe is determined to ace her medical student exam. But still recovering in hospital after the hit-and-run horror, will it all be too much for Xanthe?

And Mark tries to impress Elly by auditioning for the Flapper musical. But will his terrible acting and dancing be a turn on... or a turn off?

Neighbours continues weekdays at 1:45pm and 5:30pm on Channel 5

Simon Timblick
Writer

Simon has long been a fan of soap operas, and especially loves OVER-THE-TOP plots involving evil twins, hair-pulling catfights and natural disasters. Anyone remember the Sunset Beach earthquake/tidal wave? Or when Krystle Carrington got locked in the attic and replaced by look-a-like Rita in Dynasty?!

Simon has written for a variety of TV and childrens’ magazines/websites including Inside Soap, Nickelodeon, What’s On TV, Radio Times, Metro, Girl Talk, Disney Girl, Toxic! and Digital Spy. He has reported LIVE from the red carpet at The British Soap Awards interviewing glammed-up stars from soapland, and hosted a Facebook LIVE session for Metro with Home and Away legend Ray Meagher (Alf "Stone the flamin' crows!" Stewart) to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Aussie soap.

Simon is also co-author of The Treasures Of Coronation Street (Carlton Books)

And the writer and director of (very!) low budget fright flick, Midsummer Night's EVIL and the sequel webisodes series, The Hatchet Woods HORROR.
