Neighbours spoilers: Elly Conway in fake ultrasound SHOCKER!
Elly digs herself deeper into deception when she passes off an old ultrasound photo of the late Caitlin as her and hubby Mark's unborn baby...
Elly Conway is in a tricky situation now her unsuspecting husband Mark Brennan has booked her in for an ultrasound at the hospital. This could be the moment he discovers he is NOT the father of her unborn baby...
So Elly continues to lie, and when Mark arrives at the hospital to join her for the ultrasound, she lies she booked an earlier appointment. Meanwhile, Elly checks in with her OB/GYN, Dr Dora Dietrich to make sure word doesn't get out she never had her scan. And, of course, patient confidentiality means her secret is safe... for now.
However, an unexpected opportunity comes Elly's way when she finds an old ultrasound photo of baby Caitlin, the child surrogate mum Sonya Rebecchi was carrying for Mark and then girlfriend Steph Scully, before a tragic miscarriage.
Elly realises she could never live with herself if she passed off the ultrasound as her own. Unfortunately, Mark jumps to the wrong conclusion when he sees the picture and assumes it's a scan of their unborn baby. Seeing the happiness on her husband's face, Elly doesn't correct his mistake and digs herself in even deeper...

Meanwhile, Toadie Rebecchi decides to focus on a new project in honour of his late wife Sonya's memory.
But things take a sour turn when Finn Kelly wants to get involved in fundraising for The Sonya Rebecchi Foundation... and goes to extreme measures to prove he's all about charity!
