Despite Angelina trying to spook her, Paige is determined to go ahead with the fight in Neighbours
It’s the night before Paige’s first professional boxing match, and she’s devastated to learn her parents won’t be watching. Angelina manages to rattle Paige with her mind games, while Tyler clocks Angelina applying a mysterious powder to her knuckles. Paige’s spirits are suddenly lifted when Jack turns up and while Tyler raises concerns that Angelina’s fighting dirty, Paige won’t back down.
Ari’s bitten by his own snake, while Steph and Mark dash for safety. Ari’s treated at the hospital, and Steph’s relieved as he’s taken into psychiatric care. When Mark brings Steph home, she still insists on moving back to Toadie and Sonya’s house. Though Mark is disappointed, their love remains strong.
Gary pleased with a job offer from Terese and keeps quiet about the pigeon scandal. So she’s furious when she finds out the news from a smug Paul. She tells Gary to forget about the job, unwilling to hear his protests of innocence. However, when Xanthe confesses to unwittingly drugging the pigeon, Terese can’t help being amused and spontaneously asks Gary out for dinner.
