Should Zara and Daniel be wary of Toni?

When Howard reveals that Emma's broken her ankle during a home visit by tripping over a patient's dog, Zara fears she could get saddled with Emma's Well Woman clinics and quickly suggests they should get a locum. Zara then introduces Toni to everyone - she's someone Zara went to medical school with. Mrs Tembe seems put out that Emma can be so easily replaced but Toni manages to win her over.

Meanwhile, Niamh's still feeling awkward around Al and is upset when he dismisses one of her ideas as 'stupid' in front of Jimmi and Mandy. Jimmi has no idea what's going on and tells Mandy his new policy is to not get involved - though that later goes out of the window when he questions Niamh about Al and she bites his head off. When Jimmi puts his foot in it again by making comments about Josh to Mrs Tembe, Mandy observes his new 'policy' seems to be going rather well...

Later, Daniel and Zara are discussing Toni as they head towards their car. Daniel says he hardly recognised her - she's let herself go a bit. Zara points out she's just been through a nasty divorce and that the job might be just what Toni needs right now. As Daniel promises to be nice to her, meanwhile, Toni is sitting in her car and waves at them. As Zara and Daniel drive off, Toni's smiley mask from earlier slips away...

Also, Al sees a patient who has discovered a 'Miracle Cure' and suspects foul play - but can he prove it?
