Simon's in hospital with alcohol poisoning! (VIDEO)
*One-hour episode* Simon has a confrontation with headteacher Brian and runs out of school. When Leanne insists she hasn't seen him she and Peter call the police. Peter is told to go back to the flat, but then insists on going back out to look for him. Meanwhile, Simon has been hiding in a cupboard at the flat and drinks a bottle of wine he found there. Peter returns to find an unconscious Simon on the sofa with the open bottle. As they call an ambulance Ken and Leanne rush over. Carla suggests she should leave for Simon's sake, but Peter tells her he needs some time to think. Karl's horrified that Stella has taken in Sunita. Finding time alone Sunita tells Karl that she and Dev are over and it's him she wants to be with, but Karl isn't interested. Meanwhile, Sophie urges Dev not to give up on Sunita. He begs Sunita to come home, offering to make a new life somewhere else if that's what she wants. Lewis and Sean have called in sick and Eva and Nick are rushed off their feet at the Bistro. They work well together and Eva's given hope of a reconciliation. But when Nick hears about Simon all thoughts turn to Leanne and he races off. Also, Marcus helps Maria with Liam.
