Stella is jealous that Ben's ‘hogging the limelight’ when Phil tells her that he’s worried about him. Stella sneaks into Ben’s room and tells him that Phil is disappointed in him and she comforts Ben as he cries. Stella pinches Ben’s arm – then encourages him to pinch her back. Strangely, Stella hugs Ben and tells him that she’s his best friend. Meanwhile, Phil shares his worries about Ben with fellow dad Kevin, who suggests that Ben may be going through an early puberty. Kevin is frustrated when a surly Deano gets drunk at the Vic and winds up Phil by chucking beer mats. Kevin tries to broker peace with Deano and asks him to come to his wedding, but when Kevin refuses to change the date, an equally stubborn Deano refuses. Max gets distracted at the Vic by a few after hours drinks with the boys and he annoys Tanya when he wakes her up to tell her that he pushed around a lad that was all over Lauren.
