Syed forges a cheque to stay afloat!
Syed tries cold-calling to shift his stock. When he returns homes despondent after no luck, AJ realises something is up and tells him to avoid whoever he owes money to. Syed calls his supplier and tells him he'll be in touch as soon as he's got what his money. While going through the restaurant accounts with Tamwar, he spots the supplier. A worried Syed sends Tamwar home then writes a cheque for 10,000 pounds, forging Tam's signature. Lola is in a good mood, thinking she'll have the house to herself when Billy visits his kids. Later, Lola sets Abi straight when she thinks she and Jay are a couple. The friends are reunited, marking their handprints - and Lexi's footprint - on the playground swings in paint. Lola's day goes downhill when Trish tells her off for the paint on Lexi and Billy reveals Patrick will move in while he's away. Joey's unimpressed when a scheming Derek offers Tyler a stall to make up for pushing him out of the Emporium. Tyler refuses to believe it's anything more than business when Joey points out it's about winding him up. When Tyler punches Joey after he insults Anthony, a smug Derek looks on.
